New construction & warranty inspections
New construction & warranty inspections.
New doesn't mean perfect. Our trades-trained inspectors check new homes at pre-possession, before your 1-year warranty ends, and before the end of your Alberta new home warranty coverage, so defects get fixed by the builder while it's still their responsibility.

Why it matters
Why inspect a brand-new home
Builders work fast and trades make mistakes. Framing, drainage, roofing, insulation and mechanical installs are easiest to get fixed while your warranty is active. An independent inspection documents defects clearly so your builder can correct them.

When should I book a new construction inspection?
Before possession, and again before your 1-year and later warranty deadlines so defects are reported in time.
Will the builder allow an inspection?

What do I do with the report?
Send it to your builder as part of your warranty claim. It lists each defect with photos and location.
