The Crawlbot is a new technology that allows inspectors to reach normally difficult spaces, like crawl spaces. Additionally, we are able to inspect normally unsafe spaces like rooms with mold, asbestos, and other harmful elements. This new tool enables us to inspect critical spots of the home that our eyes can’t see/get to.

During crawlspace inspections, some inspectors report hazards such as animals, exposed wiring, and toxins like mold and sewage, which can be more than uncomfortable; They can be dangerous.
