Becoming a home inspector: FAQs
Do I need to be a licensed home inspector already?
No. We work with tradespeople who are new to inspection as well as experienced inspectors. If you are just starting, we help you understand and work through the licensing and certification process.
What does it cost to join?
We charge a very reasonable fee for the brand, marketing and support you receive. Apply and we will walk you through the full fee structure on an intro call.
Can I shadow your inspectors?
Yes. You can shadow our experienced inspectors on real inspections and learn how the whole team works before and after you launch.
Where can I work?
We have inspectors in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Central Alberta, with territories open across the province. We are currently hiring in Calgary.
